The path to professional development Over three years, our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) program helps you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace through a range of activities, including: technical skill development site visits mentoring project management experience professional networking industry memberships (e.g. IEA, AILA, RAIA, PIA).
As added incentive, it’s flexible, fun and fully endorsed by the Institute of Engineers Australia (IEA) for graduates looking to achieve professional accreditation (CPEng). We hold a two-day off site induction where you hear from our CEO and senior leaders, meet other graduates to help establish your peer network and get to know AECOM – our projects, our initiatives and our commitment to you.
