The PTA provides the infrastructure and systems to deliver integrated bus, train and ferry services throughout the state and aims to make public transport an attractive and sustainable choice for connecting people and places.
As a graduate, you will be involved with the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities and also have the unique opportunity to be involved with million dollar projects including design, development, implementation, commissioning and integration of complex state-of-the- art communication infrastructure.
Graduate Engineers work with dedicated teams on PTA projects, specifically by providing effective and efficient project management, research, coordination, review and development of various functions and projects.
This may include work on the following: railcar maintenance overhead traction power signalling systems train station maintenance, design and construction track upgrades rail bridge maintenance/replacement refurbishments of our transport centre.
