Our Graduate Program The Graduate Development Program is a two-year program, with four 6-month placements offered to university graduates looking for the opportunity to build on the knowledge and skills developed from their study.
As a Council graduate you have the opportunity to work in a number of different areas within your discipline as well as take on exciting opportunities while learning from experienced mentors.
Our graduates enjoy: a permanent position with a starting salary around $52,000 per annum, plus 14% superannuation
flexible working options that help to balance work with your personal/home life
study assistance, mentoring and ongoing learning and development programs
access to Council’s free gym.
