The County of Rockbridge, Virginia requests proposals from qualified Design-Build entities for design-build services for a Co-Location/Data Center Facility to be designed and constructed in the Rockbridge County/Lexington area for multiple entities to house data server equipment. The Co-Location/Data Center Facility is to be constructed in conjunction with a new middle mile broadband fiber optic network connecting back to the facility and consistent with the County of Rockbridge’s successful ARRA (NTIA) stimulus proposal through BROADBAND USA, Connecting America’s Communities (Infrastructure Grant Award #NT10BIX5570129) posted on
