Opens alarm centers in Asia, Australia, USA, and clinics in Greater China and Vietnam.
AEA International is founded to provide international healthcare and
medical assistance for organizations that have a globally mobile workforce.
Opens first alarm center in Singapore, and first office and clinic in Jakarta.

AEA International is renamed International SOS.
Opens alarm center in Hong Kong and an office in Beijing.
AEA International acquires SOS Assistance Inc. headquartered in Philadelphia and Geneva.
Further expands network in Russia and Eastern Europe.
