2008-09: Only freshman on team to play in all 33 games… Made all six of his field goal attempts in MAAC Tournament …Saw action in both NCAA Tournament games, converting on only field goal attempt against #1 Louisville…Scored career-high 10 points in MAAC Tournament victory over Canisius (3/7)…Led team and posted career high with seven rebounds in season-opening win over Boise State (11/17)…Played 10 or more minutes in 13 contests… Recorded eight of 11 blocks at home.


BEFORE SIENA: Lettered three years of basketball and soccer and two years of track at Holy Redeemer (formerly Bishop Hoben)…Led the Royals to the District Championship as a sophomore and junior and was named team MVP as a senior…Selected MVP of track team as a junior and senior …Won the District Championship in the high jump as a sophomore and junior and in the long and triple jump as a senior…Captured the state bronze medal in the high jump as a junior and in the triple jump as a senior.


PERSONAL: Born January 24, 1990…A creative arts major …Lists art and drawing as outside interests…Brother, Stephen, graduated from DeSales University…Has two younger sisters, Monica and Julia…Father, Tom, was a professional soccer player in the 1970s in the Canadian National Soccer League, North American Soccer League and American Soccer League…Uncle, Michael Guman, played for the Los Angeles Rams in the NFL from 1980-89 …Mother, Terri, played basketball at Lehigh (1980-83)… Chose Siena because of the relationships he formed with the coaches and players.
