Led 25 engineers to assess and mitigate Medtronic Sprint Fidelis lead fracture recall, and provid- ed scientific guidance to senior management in the communication to FDA and physicians. Received Medtronic NICE Award for creative product concepts in 2006 and 2007. Held multiple patents, and published papers at major scientific conferences.
