13 Hours that Saved Britain was shot on the HDW-790P by ASA Productions for Military History. The documentary about the Battle of Britain mixes archive and movie footage with interviews shot on HDCAM tape. It was produced and directed by Stephen Saunders with Richard Hill on camera


Channel 4 stalwart Time Team, produced by VideoText Communications and Picturehouse is experimenting with tapeless for the first time, with three weeks of self-shooting on PMW-EX1s from Films at 59 for one of its 2011 specials. The show uses the HDW-790P as its main camera


Glasgow based music video producer Mallard Productions has switched to Sony for its multi-


camera live music shoots using combinations of up to six PMW-EX1 and HVR-Z7Es. Most recently they were used to film bands such as Chew Lips and La Casa Azul at the Indietracks festival
