Taking up the baton for our customers and raring to go!


We look back at the MBO, and look forward to the future with the announcement of an exciting initiative with the PPA to support our customers.


This is, of course, my first Pensord Edge as Managing Director of Pensord and my first duty is a very pleasant one, as I thank everyone who has passed on their kind words of support and best wishes to Karl and me over the past few weeks since our management buyout. The MBO signals the next stage of Pensord’s development and provides an exciting opportunity not just for Karl and me, but for our entire team. The support of our Pensord People, our customers and business partners has been overwhelming and very reassuring.


From a business perspective it’s an excellent time to be penning these notes with a record half year performance behind us and a number of initiatives coming to fruition. In the subsequent pages we will be sharing with you some of the feedback we have received following the MBO from our various stakeholders.
