Travel accessory expert Design Go is set to unveil a new sub-brand, GO...Outdoor Essentials. Go...will comprise an extensive range of accessories dedicated solely to the outdoors and will include 36 key items that are perfect for a wide variety of outdoor pursuits. Trekmates presents some interesting new
developments at OTS Stamford Sports, the UK based producer of outdoor accessories under the Trekmates brand and distributors of the Seattle based hat and clothing brand, Screamer, is set to unveil a wealth of new product at the Outdoor Trade Show 2010. The show will present a number of key new developments for Trekmates including new clothing, new gaiters and a number of new accessories. While the Screamer brand will present a number of new summer hat designs and extend its growing t-shirt line under the design of Paul Wightman, who has made his name
designing for UK fashion brands.
A significant development for Trekmates will be the launch of two new Gaiters under the Dry range. A key category for the brand, gaiters form a significant part of the Trekmates business and they are one of the largest
suppliers of
gaiters in the UK. The new
lines will be the first to launch under the successful Dry range
in almost 5 years. These new designs will offer new styles and new fabrics, extending the reach of this popular category.
In addition, Trekmates will also add to its growing technical clothing lines, introducing new colourways, patterns and styles. The hat range will be bolstered by the addition of its cooling crystal technology across the entire range of summer hats, providing a point of differentiation for the brand in- store and a new story to attract consumers.
Screamer, which has built a steady following for its fun and functional hat designs in both the wintersports and outdoor markets, will add to the range with a fresh selection of new designs for the summer months. The new collection will focus predominantly the bucket hat style which is very much in line with the brand’s laid back, Seattle vibe origins. The 2011 range will also include a extension of the summer t-shirt collection with all new designs created by Paul Wightman, who works with a number of alternative labels including Pretty Green, the creation of rock band Oasis frontman, Liam Gallagher.
