A minimum of an associate degree in engi- neering or equivalent experience is required along with fi ve or more years of casting sales experience, preferable in heavy section fer- rous castings. Main focus is on prospecting, quoting, new customer development, and account service. Candidate must possess strong organization, communication and presentation skills. Ability to interpret cus- tomer specifi cations and read / understand engineering drawings (including tolerancing, NDT, coatings, etc.) is required. Travel to visit clients is also required.
