The opportunity to join the leading luxury short break operator in the UK as Marketing Manager to help deliver the growth of the Natural Retreats brand throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Natural Retreats brand along with the marketing and promotion of all resorts in the Natural Retreats portfolio. The role will also require you to increase and optimise the level of business through our website
www.NaturalRetreats.com. You will ultimately be responsible for increasing awareness and guest numbers to all of our resorts though: promotional campaigns to our existing and growing database, B2B associations and promotions, editorial coverage, online activity and optimisation, email campaigns and increasing the level of business from the existing database. The candidate(s): You will have experience of delivering results through innovative and creative means and will be resourceful and self suffi cient working in a small, close knit business and with people who enjoy what we do. You will be a problem solver who is pro active and looking to be challenged on a daily basis in a fast moving business. You will have outstanding attention to detail and be able to produce eff ective written communication and descriptive pieces often in short form. You will ideally have experience in the luxury travel industry but having the right attitude and ability is considered just as vital. We want this person to be able to take on the responsibility of creating and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy covering all aspects of the business.
