Investors can come in at a range of capital levels with a minimum of €20,000. For example an investment of €20,000 would see the investor getting a return of 12.5% “per annum”. The investors’ capital is secured on the building and they have first charge on the title so the capital is guaranteed at all times. Throughout the process the investors receive their capital as well as their profit on a six monthly basis.
