“BIRDEMIC: SHOCK AND TERROR” Friday-Saturday If you’re still laughing after throwing plastic spoons and shouting at the screen during a midnight screening of the “The Room,” check out this latest entry to the world of So Bad It’s Good Cinema on Friday and Saturday at midnight. In “Birdemic,” a flock of poorly CGI-ed homicidal eagles attacks the Northern California populace, all while an allegorical love story tries — but fails spectacularly — to rise above the madness. DIVE-IN MOVIE: “CADDYSHACK” Thursday
By this point in the summer, the novelty of sitting on a blanket in suffocating heat for an outdoor movie is probably starting to wear off. That all changes when there’s a swimming pool involved, though. Sixth & I Synagogue’s “Sixth & I Country Club” takes over the pool at the Capitol Skyline Hotel on Thursday at 7 p.m. for “Caddyshack.” Dress up as your favorite character from the film to win prizes, play pool golf or just enjoy a soak under the stars.
