BM 2000S Booklet Maker
Plockmatic is proud to introduce the Plockmatic BM 2000S booklet maker. It is an enhancement of the well known BM 2000 now equipped with wire stitchers. The BM 2000S is designed to meet the higher volume and flexibility requirements in a production environment.
The same versatility now with enhanced capabilities
The BM 2000S offers the long desired stitcher wire technology. This moves the BM 2000S up the scale compared to the convenient staple cartridges used in the BM 2000.
The BM 2000S is designed for volumes up to 100,000 booklets / month.
The BM 2000S is available with VF1008 vacuum feeder or ACF 510 friction feed collator and naturally with trimmer and/or Squarefolder.
The BM 2000S is offered with choice of different stitcher head configurations to satisfy different customer preference. Currently we offer the choice of ISP M-2000 or Hohner 43/6 both available with optional Loop stitches.

The BM 2000S booklet maker system was developed for demanding applications. With it’s easy to use interface you can adjust staple on the spine and shift position of the staples in the book for those difficult crossover pictures, all graphically shown in the display and always with accuracy and dependability.
