The Plockmatic 200 System is a well proven and reliable finishing line positioned below our 300 system.
As feeder engines any of the new Plockmatic 510 models can be used but the ACF or CF models are recommended. For feeding applica- tions they are a must. The system includes the well proven BM 200 Binder, the FTR 200 Trimmer and the SQF 200 Squarefolder. Sturdy and reliable products with modern styling to fit in the printer environ- ment. Extremely easy to set up and operate from the BM 200 user interface which also automatically adjusts the FTR 200 Trimmer and SQF 200 Squarefolder. The system is able to produce
ACF 510 Feeder
The ACF is the top of the line in the 510 Series and includes air separation, collator and feeder options. Ideal in the digital printing environment where static build up is common and thus requires a solid air separation system. The air flow is indivi- dually adjustable in each bin.
The center registration in the 510 means no need to move equipment sidewise when you change format.
Two paper flow directions allow stacking in the integral stacker or booklet making when lead into the BM 200.
BM 200 Binder
The BM 200 Binder is a booklet maker able to handle up to 25 sheets giving a 100 page booklet. It accepts sets when the 510 is set in collator mode, or a flow of sheets when set in feeder mode. Special attention has been given to handle digital color prints to avoid smearing and scratching.
A patented two step fold roller system gives a sharp fold without marking and eliminates the risk of tearing.

The user friendly operator interface also activates and adjusts downstream modules like the FTR 200 and SQF 200.
FTR 200 Trimmer
The FTR 200 Trimmer module is a one knife lead edge trimmer. The large scrap bin allows long runs without frequent stops to empty. Air jets separate trim scrap from the books. Automatic set up through the BM 200 operator interface.
SQF 200 Squarefolder The squarefolder module gives that final professional appear-
professional looking booklets from documents coming either from digital printers (i.e. documents in sequence order) or from analog printers like duplicators or offsets. In feeder mode, up to 100 page booklets can be produced. Collator mode allows you to produce up to 40 page booklets. However, there is also the “Dual Mode” which allows 76 page booklets to be produced in one tower. This unique 9+10 collator/feeder mode gives you a 19 bin collator with an investment for only a single tower.
