Entry level/office systems


Are ideal solutions where finishing operations are done occasionally. The products we offer in this segment can handle most paper sizes and weights, but produc- tivity requirements are more modest. Monthly volumes of up to 10,000 booklets. Typical customers are non-profit organizations such as inplant environments, schools, churches, clubs, associations, etc. These solutions can also provide value-added in small copy and print shops.


The models


The 510 Series is based on a 10 station high capacity bin tower structure with center registration. Plockmatic BM 60 Binder is a compact and user friendly booklet maker for hand feeding. The BM 60 is able to saddle staple and fold, side or corner staple media ranging from 60 to 250 gsm and up to 22 sheets. Combine the Plockmatic C 510 Collator and the Plockmatic BM 61 Binder and you have a step in system for low/mid volume booklet making.

A revolutionary device that will change the way you look at booklet making. Up to 1,800 booklets per hour will come out with exactly the same flat finish as a perfect bound (glue bound) book. No adhesive fumes, warm up time and heating elements that are typical of other perfect bound solutions...and so much faster!
