The 100 System with AC or ACF 510 Collator/Feeder with Air


The 100 System differs from the 200 System basically through a limitation to collation and no trimming capability. The well known BM 61 Binder and the Plockmatic 104 Squarefolder is a robust system with small footprint for the duplicator/copier and non-professional market.


The BM 61 can only accept pre-collated sets, so the feeder option (if installed) will be non-functional.

By hand


The BM 200 can also be fed manually by hand. This is a convenient feature when you already have pre-collated/sorted sets. Set your copier/printer to sort in “booklet mode” and feed the sets by hand. Up to 100 page trimmed and squarefolded booklets can be processed.
