Fares and Savings The fares in this brochure are intended to be valid until 30 November 2010, although we reserve the right to adjust particulars and fares at any time. Prices, offers and savings advertised in this brochure or elsewhere may be withdrawn or changed. Fares may rise in subsequent brochure editions. Fares shown are per person based upon double occupancy (unless otherwise stated) and subject to availability. As these are ‘fares from’ they may rise during the life of this brochure and we advise you to book early.
Early Booking Savings
The maximum early booking saving is shown in each itinerary and we have set aside a number of staterooms at every grade with the maximum saving. Once these voyages have been sold, the saving may reduce or be withdrawn.
Regular promotions and savings from both ourselves and travel agents mean that savings on our fares may be available from time to time depending on when the booking is made, the popularity of the voyage/holiday and other factors. Complimentary On-Board Spend
If your voyage offer includes complimentary on-board spend, this can be spent on drinks, shore excursions, in the bar or in the shops. On-board spend advertised is per person, only applies to the first two guests sharing a stateroom and may vary between brochure editions. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Holiday Package Add-Ons The fares shown are voyage only and a fare for a holiday package add-on option is shown in the box next to the fare table. Holiday package add-ons include:
• International economy flights to/from London • Government fees and taxes • All overseas transfers between airport and ship on dates specified • Embarkation/disembarkation arrangements where necessary, and at Cunard’s discretion.
We recommend that you take this option to ensure that you arrive at the ship on time and get home as promptly as possible. We’ve used our expertise to make the holiday package add-on as efficient and competitive as possible, but we’ve left you the freedom to make your own arrangements if you prefer. Please note that you can only opt for the full holiday package add-on, taking flights, transfers and hotels (where applicable) to and from your destinations. If you do not select the holiday package add-on, any flights you take will not be covered by our ATOL protection. You will also need to ensure that you
leave sufficient time in each case to reach the ship at least 2 hours before the departure time stated on your tickets. Please note that Early Booking Savings do not apply to holiday package add-ons. The holiday package add-on option is subject to availability and flight dates and fares may change from those shown. Please see the notes on pages 100-101 which apply to all flights.
Depending on flight schedules, Cunard will arrange either a transfer to/from the airport, use of facilities at a first class hotel or a local sightseeing tour as appropriate. The embarkation/disembarkation arrangements will be operated should flight schedules require them. These arrangements are at Cunard's discretion and may be subject to change.
Renewal of Vows Terms & Conditions
Please note that you are bound by the terms and conditions relating to the booking of your holiday with Cunard (as detailed on pages 100-113), and that the following Terms & Conditions are in addition to the standard Booking Conditions.
Cancellations Cancellation of the Voyage
Please see the Booking Conditions at the back of any of our brochures for further information on cancelling your voyage. Please note, however, that any packages that have been booked are subject to the same sliding scale of cancellation fees as the voyage.
Cancellation of the package by the Guest
You may cancel the Renewal of Vows package at any time prior to the commencement of the voyage by giving notice in writing to Cunard. However, the following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation of or alteration to the package by Cunard
Whilst Cunard will endeavour not to cancel or to make any significant alterations to the Renewal of Vows package after a booking confirmation has been issued, Cunard shall nevertheless be entitled at any time to cancel the Renewal of Vows package or to change any elements of the booking where this reasonably becomes necessary on operational, commercial or other grounds. In the case of the Renewal of Vows package being cancelled by Cunard, a full refund will be issued to the guest.
