The 5-foot-10 guard carried the Screaming Eagles not only to the state semifinals for the first time in 32 years but also to the Maryland 3A title and a 27-0 record. The Gatorade Player of the Year in Maryland averaged 20.9 points (29.8 in the postseason), 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Her 1,809 career points are a school record. Will play for Virginia.

The 5-foot-7 guard averaged 17.1 points and four assists, scoring in double figures in every game but two. She also made 25 three-pointers.

The 6-foot-3 center departs as the two-time defending state champions’ all-time leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker. Will play for Delaware.

Riverdale Baptist / Sr.
The 5-foot-11 guard paced a young Crusaders team to a final No. 1 ranking by averaging 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Will play for Virginia.
G Myisha Goodwin
Edison / Sr.
The Northern Region player of the year averaged 24 points, 5 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds, with 48 three-pointers. Will play for N.C. State.
G Tyaunna Marshall
Elizabeth Seton / Sr.
The 5-foot-10 guard, a repeat All-Met, led her team to the WCAC and City Title crowns, averaging 18.8 points and 11 rebounds. Will play for Georgia Tech.
G Brene Moseley
Paint Branch / Jr.
The area’s top scorer (26.2 ppg), a 5-foot-7 guard, showed explosiveness in transition, composure and a soft jumper in the half-court set.
G Ronika Ransford
H.D. Woodson / Sr.
The McDonald’s all-American and repeat All-Met averaged 23.5 points and keyed a fifth straight DCIAA title. Will play for Georgia.
C Sheronne Vails
Arundel / Sr.
The 6-foot-4 center averaged 18.2 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks for the Maryland 4A champions. Will play for Louisville.
G Nicola Zimmer
St. John’s / Sr.
The 5-foot-9 point guard and Gatorade Player of the Year in the District averaged 12.3 points, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals. Will play for Dartmouth.
