Eat more fiber to avoid constipation.


Constipation puts extra pressure on your bladder.


Add more bran. Introduce one food item with bran into your diet. Try bran cereals, snack bars or whole- grain bread.


Don’t stop drinking water.


Limiting fluids (because you think you’ll urinate less) can irritate your bladder. Your urine will be colorless or slightly yellow if you’re drinking enough fluids.


Add a (thin) slice of lemon.


A small lemon twist (not too much citrus) or a cucumber can spice up the taste of your water.
