OCEAN SAFETY IRC MEASUREMENT DEFINITIONS
Measurement Note:ISAF Equipment Rules of Sailing (ERS) Part II, Definitions, shall apply to measurement except as stated by IRC Rules or this
Appendix. Measurements shall be taken in accordance with ERS Part III, Measurement Rules, Section H.
