Serafima Bogomolova is publisher and co-founder of avantoure magazine.
The idea of the publication stemmed from Serafima’s natural
curiosity and thirst for exploration. She deeply believes that the most
extraordinary things happen if one stays open-minded and never stops
experimenting with life. A globetrotter and a seeker of experiences,
Serafima loves challenging projects, unconventional ideas and daring
adventures, not the least of which is avantoure!

John Neal is keenly interested in archaeology, and fascinated with the
old systems of measurements. At an early age read Maud Cunnington’s
account of the digs at Woodhenge wherein she claimed to have deduced
a regular unit of measurement not dissimilar to the English foot; regarded
ancient forgotten people as highly civilised thereafter.
Author of All Done With Mirrors, Measuring the Megaliths, The Structure
of Metrology. For avantoure magazine John has written an article on
discoveries he made with his friend John Michell in Ancient Metrology.
