New Taoist and Tibetan Buddhist Healing
Practices at Golden Temple
P
hilip Sobul, founder of So-
bul Now Natural Health, has
opened a new wellness practice at
Golden Temple Yoga in Katonah NY.
He’ll offer classes, workshops, and
private healing and energy revital-
ization sessions every Saturday at
the studio. Philip’s techniques are
based on the ancient healing and
meditation practices of Taoism and
Tibetan Buddhism. The aim is to
provide students and clients with
the necessary tools to achieve and
maintain optimal health and well-
being. Among the many benefits of
this work are stress reduction, men-
tal clarity, core energy strengthen-
ing, peace of mind, increased sense
of well-being, and reduced pain.
Every Tuesday at 7 p.m., visitors
Philip Sobul
can also attend free mantra medita-
tion groups, Reiki Healing circles,
spiritual cinema nights, Power of
Now meditation groups, Drumming circles, Deeksha Oneness Blessings and more.
The suggested donation for these evenings is $10 to cover the costs of the space.
Other offerings at the studio include Free Form Tai Chi, Taoist Yoga & Kigong,
Reiki Energy Healing, Rei Ki Gong Training, Fat Boy Yoga, Internal Martial Arts for
Men and more.
