New Beginnings Fellowship Begins Services in Indio

INDIO — New Beginnings Fellowship of the Coachella Valley was created as a result of a God-given vision focused on healing people of their hurts, harmful habits and strongholds by introducing them to a relationship with Jesus Christ. The church also provides biblical principles on how to live the Christian life.

Some of the goals of New Beginnings Fellowship include: strengthening marriages; helping parents raise children who will be blessed; equipping people to manage their time, stress, and finances; assisting them in building strong and successful academic and work ethics; reinforcing positive social skills; educating them on personal safety and security, training them in spiritual warfare; enhancing their ability to bear spiritual fruit; guiding them in the discovery and utilization of their spiritual gifts and growing in a godly self-image, to name a few.

While equipping members in a safe climate of accep- tance, care and understanding, New Beginnings Fellow- ship will provide them with opportunities to practice and grow in their faith by participating in mission trips, disaster relief projects, recovery support groups, benev- olence ministry, evangelism and public service to the community. In addition, members will be encouraged to minister in hospitals, convalescent homes, incarcera- tion facilities, rescue missions, building projects and rehabilitation facilities.

Currently, New Beginnings Fellowship has one service on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. at its worship center located at 45520 Clinton Street in Indio. Beginning on January 7 the church will offer a contemporary service called “Crossfire” on Saturday at 5 p.m. and a traditional service called “Amazing Grace” on Sunday at 11 a.m. Nursery care, children’s church and a soundproof parent/infant room are available at all services.

Everyone is invited to come as they are and bring the whole family. To learn more about New Beginnings Fellowship call (760) 863-5353 or visit their website.
