White Turkey Chili
Makes six servings

1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
Directions:
1/4 cup celery, chopped
Pre heat a large casserole pot to medium.
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
Add olive oil, onion, celery, yellow pepper,
