White Turkey Chili
Makes six servings

TIPS:

Pre-warm chili bowls before serving

week dinner crunch.

Get yourself a thermos and take it to
work for a warm and healthy
homemade lunch.
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2  cups  onion, chopped
Directions:
1/4  cup celery, chopped
Pre heat a large casserole pot to medium.
1/2  cup  yellow bell pepper, chopped
Add olive oil, onion, celery, yellow pepper,
1 Tablespoon jalapeño pepper, seeded and
jalapeno, and garlic; cook for 5 minutes. Add
