K-based Pan Amusements, world leader in the manufacture of electronic
shooting galleries, recorded an extremely successful time at IAAPA. Firm
orders and strong commitments will yield up to half a million dollars of sales.
“To be honest, we were quite pessimistic before we went but naturally are
delighted with the outcome. Most of the sales have come from the USA but we
also had strong interest from Australia and Dubai in particular,” said Pan’s
Managing Director Paul Whittaker. The company’s brand leading Hillbilly
Shooting gallery proved to be extremely popular.
“The fall of the pound against the dollar has obviously been helpful,” he
added. “However our shooting galleries have always offered extremely good
value. They are competitively priced compared with other paid-for attractions,
the payback time, proved over the last fifty years, can be as little as nine months.
Each gallery is extremely reliable, virtually maintenance free and appropriate for
theme parks, FEC’s and retail locations.”
