Star Pipe Acquires Jensen International Star Pipe Products (Houston) has


acquired the assets of Jensen Inter- national (Coff eyville, Kansas) and its subsidiary Jencast, located in South Coff eyville, Oklahoma. Jensen International provides cast-


ing, machining, metal fabrication, as- sembly and production of customized cast iron and ductile iron products. T e acquisition will allow Star Pipe


to continue the operation of manufac- turing domestically made cast iron and ductile iron products in South Cof- feyville. T e company intends to expand the existing facility in Oklahoma and install new and updated equipment. Dan McCutcheon, president, Star
