reported total quarterly revenues of $45.3 million for the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2025, representing a 4% year-over- year increase. Total broadcasting


revenues grew 10.1% year over year to $36.6 million for the third quarter of 2025, underscoring continued growth even in a non- election year.

decreased slightly by 1.6% year over year to $27.6 million due to a non-election year comparison period. Af iliate revenues


increased 22.3% year over year to $8.1 million, driven by new contractual relationships as well as rate increases that went into eff ect in 2025. Subscription revenues


of $6.9 million were flat year over year, driven by an increase in Newsmax+ subscribers, off set by reductions in publication subscriptions due to election cycle cyclicality. Product


sales revenues increased 1.8% year over year to $1.5 million. Newsmax


reported a quarterly net


loss of $4.1 million compared with a net loss of $9.8 million reported in the prior year quarter, primarily driven by higher production and programming investments and public company and stock-based compensation costs, off set by reduced legal expenses and higher broadcast revenues.
