LDT is our body’s way to “take out the trash.” Through
this process, the body cleans and filters itself daily – in ideal circumstances. Note: stress, tight clothes, toxins, surgeries and scar tissue and hereditary problems can block our lymph flow, sometimes drastically. LDT clears blocked lymph nodes and can increase the fluid movement by up to 10 times. One client said, “As a breast cancer survivor, I know
how important it is to keep my lymph flowing. It should be a routine thing, regular therapy.” Another client told me “Mammograms used to be a painful experience. I had what they called ‘dense breasts’, so they would often have to re-do the films and after doing the mammogram multiple times, I would be in tears. Now, I just go in, no tears, it’s done in the first time. It’s a good thing.”
And what more can be done for more healthy breasts?
FINALLY, IN SUMMARY: Do a regular self-exam. Note when and where your breasts are sore. Exercise, drink lots of clean water, eat right and manage stress in your life. Avoid antiperspirants, pesticides and other carcinogens. Don’t wear tight clothes more than a few hours. Get professional breast exams. Practice deep breathing. Get bodywork. Be Aware. Make this part of a loving, purposeful life and may health and wellness be with you always.
