My sister stuffed her guilt, unforgiveness and grief inside, choosing not to fi nd a peaceful resolution to the shock of her daughter’s death. Her last days on earth were spent in much pain, due mostly to the memory of her daughter’s departure. Fortunately for us, through the
work of these people and many other healing trailblazers, we have tremendous opportunities to learn how the body speaks the mind and what we can learn from it messages. First, we must fi nd purpose, meaning and peace in our day-to-day confl icts to avoid the uncomfortable symptoms that will inevitably follow if we choose to stuff our toxic emotions. We are “fearfully and wonderfully made,” and GNM gives us the wisdom, understanding and power to rid ourselves of the fear and worry of dis-ease. Dr. Ryke Hamer has been harassed, prosecuted and jailed for his unwavering belief and teachings.
