A Northamptonshire housebuilder has launched two new show homes in Irthlingborough following successful build progress at the site since construc- tion work restarted in May. Davidsons Homes South Midlands, whose divi-
sional offi ce is in Blisworth, opened the doors to the show homes at its Diamond Heights development off Attley Way last month. A total of fi ve homes were due to be completed
in September, allowing the fi rst residents to move onto the development. Simon Tyler, Head of Sales for Davidsons
Homes South Midlands, said: “Since work restarted at Diamond Heights in May our construction team has been working tirelessly to ensure that we can continue to provide a range of high-quality homes to the area. “The progress made at the development in
recent months has been signifi cant. Construction work is nearing completion on several plots which will enable us to welcome the fi rst residents into their homes in September.” Following the launch, anyone interested in tak-
ing a closer look at the homes available at Diamond Heights can now make an appointment to view the three-bedroom Ford and the four-bedroom Bolsover show homes at the site. Simon said: “T e new show homes at Diamond
Heights have proven extremely popular. Over the opening weekend, all of the available appointments were booked with over 18 sets of visitors attending the launch. “T e feedback we have received from those who
have visited the new show homes has been over- whelmingly positive, with many praising the style

and size of the homes that we are bringing to the town. “We have had a range of visitors at Diamond Heights, from buyers
who had already registered their interest in the development, to new customers keen to see the design of our homes at fi rst hand. “T e show home launch at Diamond Heights was our fi rst with
social distancing guidelines in place, and all visits to the development are carried out on an appointment-only basis to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. “Before each visit, our sales managers will talk customers through our new procedures which include calling to inform us of their arrival and wearing a mask throughout the appointment. “We have increased safety signage around our development to high- light these measures and have also introduced hand sanitiser stations in all of our marketing suites.” When complete, Diamond Heights will be a new community of 88
new two, three and four-bedroom homes. T ere is currently a selection of three-bedroom houses available to purchase at the development, which is located just off the A6 Nene Park roundabout on Attley Way, with prices starting at £259,995.
