furlough the whole team, so a skeleton staff was retained to operate the lettings arm of the compa- ny. T ese members of staff could not have more perfectly encompassed what we, T omas Connolly Estate Agents, stand for as an organisation. Global pandemic or not, they were on hand to respond to all of our clients’ queries, questions and property management concerns. As the markets fl oundered, and the country was locked down, we strove to provide our clients with the same high levels of professionalism, service and support that have become synonymous with the T omas Connolly Estate Agents brand. As one of the few estate agencies to remain


open and operational during the lockdown period, we were soon inundated with enquiries from land- lords and potential tenants; taking new listings and disposing of these assets in effi cient timescales, we
