Andy has worked in the UK organics and alternative fuels sectors for more than 13 years, nine of which


were at SUEZ UK, building its alternative fuels business. His main focus was on the commercial development of alternative fuels for the wood, refuse derived fuel and solid recovered fuels markets. Andy then set up consultancy business Cynosure Partners, offering support services and development work for companies involved in alternative fuels, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. He is also chairman of the Wood Recyclers’ Association, which represents both UK producers and European energy and panelboard consumers.
