The Crate Mate from Reisser: clever storage and stacking
WHAT is the second most important thing that any tradesperson needs on a job apart from tools?
Introducing the new Reisser Crate Mate, a practical and versatile system for the transportation and storage of tools, equipment and fixings in a professional and flexible way.
Made from high performance German ABS material with enhanced technical and structural features, the Crate Mate is a tough, waterproof and robust solution which gives years of protection to your tools, making it your new and irreplaceable partner on any job.
Unique Features
Crate Mate’s unique features that exceed any alternative systems on the market include the self-balancing handle that distributes weight more evenly for comfortable handling during transportation.
Two patented spring-loaded locks on each side of the unit automatically lock cases together when stacked. Therefore, connecting units together could not be easier: simply guide the four feet on the bottom of the case into position over the top case and press downwards for a secure connection, which can be operated comfortably using only one hand.
All the strength of the Crate Mate is distributed on the outside, which in turn provides a larger internal volume capacity than most others on the market, offering greater storage options to carry more tools and products.
Customisable system
Crate Mate cases are available in three different sizes, all varying in height. The SSC1 (142mm), SSC2 (212mm) and SSC3 (362mm). Combine any or all these units to suit the needs of each specific job.
Accessories further customise the Crate Mate, including foam inserts to protect your tools as well as a Lid Tool Panel, which attaches underneath the lid to provide an innovative way to store small tools.
24 Easy Transportation
Two different options are available for transportation of the Crate Mate. Choose from either the metal four-wheel Base Plate with braking wheels and easy locking system, or the two-wheel trolley with its metal base, back support and long handle and locking system.
Specific to the SSC1 is a range of moulded trays, each with a varying number of compartments, to enable a different assortment of tools that can be grabbed easily on the go.
The SSC2 has been perfectly designed to store up to six Reisser screw tubs, while a further accessory that is completely unique to the SSC3 is the Tool Panel Kit (2 side foams and 2 x tool panels) which can also be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
Both solutions are available in separate Starter Sets, which combines the transporter with all the units (SSC’s 1, 2 & 3) included to make a full stack.
