SX Mighty Strength Grip & Grab Adhesive is the ideal product for fi xing mirrors and other sanitary accessories, such as towel and shower rails to tiles in bathroom areas.
The product is an excellent alternative fi xing adhesive that replaces nails, screws and other mechanical fi xings. Based on hybrid technology, it is an incredible instant grab adhesive unique to Sirofl ex that has initial bond strength double that of most other grab adhesives.
The SX Grip & Grab Adhesive bonds to vertical surfaces without slippage, eliminating the need for secondary support in the majority of applications. The product’s high initial grab to bond heavy building materials without the use of clamps and/or fi xing tape.
Once fully cured, it is water, frost and heat resistant from temperatures of -40°C to +90°C, meaning it can be used externally as well as internally, making it an excellent alternative fi xing adhesive which remains fl exible and replaces nails, screws and other mechanical fi xings.
There is an abundance of features that meet day-to- day requirements of tradespeople across multiple sectors, such as:
● durable elasticity and fast curing; ● no shrinkage and bubble free; ● non-corrosive to metals; ● neutral curing, almost odourless; ● good resistance to weather and water; ● adheres perfectly without primer on most surfaces even when damp;
● free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones; and ● absorbs acoustic and mechanical vibrations.
The SX Grip & Grab Adhesive is suitable for bonding most building substrates but, in particular, for the fi xing of large panels, wallboards and mirrors. It is also ideal for bonding brick slips, claddings and sanitary fi xtures and can be used to fi x dado rails, windowsills and decorative mouldings. It will adhere to virtually everything including wood, stone, mirrors, concrete, metal, mortar, bricks, gypsum and glass.
In its unopened original packaging and stored between +5°C and +25°C, the shelf life is 18 months after production date but it is important to store in a dry place.
