Belmont View in Hoddesdon awarded ‘OUTSTANDING’ RATING BY CQC (CARE QUALITY COMMISSION)


CQC inspeCtors visited the care home in February and following a long wait, the report was finally published in May. Belmont View is managed by not for profit care provider Quantum Care and is home for up to 85 residents at any one time, some of whom are living with dementia. Throughout the report, the inspectors noted the commitment and dedication shown by the staff at the home and were so impressed that they gave them three Outstanding stars. They stated, “All staff went out of their way to respect people as individuals and provided exceptionally compassionate care to all”. The whole report is glowing and reflects the excellent care delivered by staff throughout the home.
