30th anniversary of the Ystradowen Village Hall Sales Manager for Bellway’s Wales Division, Carly Maidment, said the housebuilder was happy to lend a helping hand to both events. She said: “Ystradowen and the community in Cowbridge have played a big part in Bellway’s work in Wales over the last couple of years and we’re always happy to lend a helping hand where we can to community events such as these in the area. “Te Mayor’s coffee and cake morning looked to be a great success and helped support an extremely worthwhile cause in Cancer Research Wales. Cancer is an illness which has had an impact on everybody’s life, and we’re proud to be able to give our backing to any event which supports a charity that does some fantastic work which has a genuine impact on many people’s day to day lives. “It was also fantastic to see everybody having fun at the 30th anniversary of the village hall in Ystradowen. Te hall there is obviously a much-loved asset to the community, and we were delighted to have helped by

providing some cakes for everybody to enjoy. “Te community in Ystradowen and Cowbridge is so welcoming, and the people here have really helped our residents at Edenbrook feel welcome in the area. Many of our residents have mentioned how quickly they have settled in, and events like these are key to forging the type of community spirit which this area enjoys.” Bellway is currently building 24 new homes at Edenbrook, on land off Badger’s Brook Rise, in Ystradowen. Te developer has just three homes remaining for sale at its Edenbrook development, so is urging homebuyers to call 01446 775 435 or go to www.
