loyd Werft is located on a site covering more than 260,000 square metres in Bremerhaven’s Überseehafen on the German
North Sea coast, well known for its variety of first class yacht shipyards. For more than 160 years the name of Lloyd Werft has been associated with building and converting unique ships and with a shipbuilding tradition spanning many generations of the same families. Three large dry and floating docks as well as high- performance workshops and logistics sectors are available for building and converting ships of more than 300 metres in length and a draught of up to 11 metres. Work is carried out by a highly motivated team of full-time, professional staff and carefully selected, first-class partner companies from many different specialised fields. Together, they create ships to the highest possible standard, combining advanced technology with proven reliability – like the 140 metre yacht currently under construction. The international success of Lloyd Werft is founded on the newbuilding and conversion of mega yachts, cruise ships and special purpose vessels.
