American Yacht Agents Total Superyacht Operating Systems

Total Superyacht’s Watchkeepers Schedule provides crew with a long-awaited method to access the watchkeepers schedule on their phone. Orange squares indicate duty days while blue represents days not on watch. Users can view who is scheduled on both. The Watchkeepers app is a recent addition to Total Superyacht’s Hours of Rest App that allows crew to create up to 5 user-specific Work Profiles (regular day, charter day, watch day, etc.), making it super easy to record hours worked. Work profiles can be copied to multiple days. The app shows when you exceed MLC limits and explains which limit was exceeded via built- in STCW Code guidelines. Days with exceeded limits display red, compliant days are green and rest days are blue, Crew submit HOR via their phones and once confirmed, the DPA has real-time access to check if crew submit a month with exceeded days.
