clients and

also ensuring support for its workforce, resulting in commitment and engagement during a very difficult year,” commented the judges.

MOBILITY WITH MEANING Among the many examples of responsiveness to client needs was the case of a young family relocating to Fiji. EWR’s consultant proactively addressed issues they weren’t aware of, starting with making a video of what the arrival procedure at the airport would look like, hiring a cot from the local hotel while theirs was in transit and organising a hire car to be available during Easter closures. Her local knowledge also allowed her to steer the family away from the lifestyle property they thought they wanted towards a more secure, family- friendly option that works better. Sustainability is a cornerstone of EWR’s approach

to providing the best possible individual service for its clients, team members and the wider industry. The goal is to ensure a truly settled and thriving individual or family. Team members all over the world are encouraged and supported to live and breathe EWR values:

to assignees and their families, but also to its people and their families in locations where there are no government safety nets. EWR supports clients relocate their employees to some of the world’s most remote locations. By engaging a relocation consultant in Papua New Guinea, not only did this give assignees the best possible service and local support, but also brought an income into the community.

TEAMWORK KEY TO SUCCESS EWR also invests in the ongoing development of its team and infrastructure. During the pandemic, as well as innovating to meet clients' specific needs, onboarding new staff members and supporting hundreds of clients around the world, EWR took the time to take care of its staff members and celebrate their success. Accepting the award virtually in front of Sydney

Opera House, Anna Kavelj of EWR said, “Thank you so much for this award. It means the absolute world!”
