Snickers brings 37.5 Technology to market

nickers is leading the way in the wearable technology industry with the trial of its Tracker-1 device and the patented KneeGuard system. As well as the Tracker-1 device and KneeGuard system, Snickers also continues to bring the most advanced workwear with 37.5 Technology to the UK market. The name 37.5 comes from the ideal relative humidity of the microclimate close to the skin – and the average personʼs ideal core body temperature. Itʼs a technology that cools when it's warm, but warms when it's cold. 37.5ʼs developers discovered that embedding activated carbon in fabrics speeds up the conversion of liquid to vapour, cooling you down when it is hot and warming you up when it is cold. t the third edition of the PSI Sustainability Awards on September
8, 15 winners were recognised for the most ecologically, economically and socially sustainable products, campaigns or companies in the promotional products industry.
PSI managing director, Michael Freter, said: “It is incredible to see how meticulously participants have documented all facets of sustainability this year. This shows how seriously our industry takes this subject now. For three years we have seen time and again: the promotional products industry by and large already thinks and acts very sustainably. By presenting the awards we are honouring the often very comprehensive efforts undertaken to look after our
