New machines and software
Ethos Embroidery Software
brand new GS UK machine currently in development will be launched during 2018 to
complement the Merlin Pro range of industrial embroidery machines. The new GS1506 machine is a 6 head machine with 15 needles and a stitching speed of 1,000spm, it will offer an alternative choice to the existing GS1206 – 12 needle option. The GS1506 when fitted with a handheld Barcode scanner will also enable the user to scan in a barcode that has been printed onto a production Job/Run sheet and automatically load that design ensuring fast and accurate design retrieval.
The option of six heads/15 needles, plus the Barcode facility and the large touch screen included with all Merlin machines, ensures the GS1506 is the ideal choice for any high speed production environment. Version 18 of the Ethos Embroidery Software will be released in Spring 2018. Various new fonts, features and enhancements will be available in Version 18 including many new Text editing tools.
The Ethos software is available in various levels ranging from the Organiser design storage system through to the powerful Artisan Plus and Virtuoso Plus Digitising levels. All new systems purchased automatically include one year software support. Digitising levels also include one to two days training ensuring that customers get the best possible start to incorporating the Ethos software into their business.
