With the high and consistent quality of their direct to garment printers, Brother is now launching the GTXpro roll-to-roll model. With this printing technology, Brother combines impressive print quality with speed and effi ciency.


The addition of a powder and a drying unit to the GTXpro creates the Roll-to-Roll machine. Instead of printing on individual sheets, an entire roll can now be printed from the media. Print jobs can be easily printed using the supplied software “Digital Factory v11 Direct to Film Edition - Brother” from Fiery. After completion, the print job is found on the DTF roll and can be further processed for the individual textiles. The GTXpro roll- to-roll solution is very versatile and can be applied to a wide range of textiles, including cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Brothers Roll-to-Roll solution also uses the proven environmentally friendly and water-based inks developed by Brother. The inks are GOTS positive registered and OekoTex passport certifi ed. The fi fth generation industrial print heads developed by Brother with internal white ink circulation system and an integrated wet cap system are one of the keys for higher productivity with low operator involvement.


User-friendliness is also an important point with this Brother machine. The GTXpro Roll-to-Roll has intuitive software and a simple user interface that makes the printing process seamless.
