eoon’s PTB Series provides an extension of the machine park for an effi cient and

economical workfl ow.

Pre-treatment units integrated in the printer reduce printer performance and production capacity enormously. The PTB Series enables textiles to be prepared for printing in a separate work step. The individually adjustable spray areas with up to 13 nozzles achieve an unrivalled spray area of up to 1x3m. The integrated cleaning function, storage of default settings and easy connection to Aeoon’s dryers increase the productivity of customers signifi cantly.

The PTB Series is thus the logical extension for customers with high production capacity and the need to increase their productivity.

• New easy change tool-less cap driver. • New servo drive system developed for ultimate stitch precision.

• High-speed stitching with speeds of 1,200spm on stitching lengths up to and over 12mm.

• New smaller cylinder arm for smaller, tighter spaces and pockets.

• New picker free system giving you a positive trimming cycle.

• Automatic oil lubrication system. • Large 15in touch screen. • Industrial heavy, steel machine body built with steel gears – no plastic here.

• A new standard in accessories. • Single, high-speed multi-heads or dual-function machines. SWF embroidery technology is evolving faster than ever; companies and individuals need to keep-up with major tech trends or run the risk of being left behind.

We’ve given each of the essential DTF components a smaller footprint, deployed a user-friendly software program, bundled in the highest-quality supplies, and are offering the STS DTF System at a lower price with improved performance than anything available in the marketplace today.”

The STS VJ-628D printer is based on Mutoh’s existing ValueJet 628 eight- channel printer chassis. Mutoh Japan’s R&D team adapted the basic chassis to cover the specifi c needs of DTF, including but not limited to the capability of jetting white inks.
