The first impression of the ZSK RACER-R
Running at a top speed of over 2,000 stitches per minute, the speed of embroidery has been almost doubled with the new RACER-R Series. The RACER-R extends the existing RACER series to become the world’s fastest industrial embroidery machine ever produced. Designed and manufactured at ZSK headquarters in Krefeld, Germany, the RACER-R has taken new concepts, along with a brand new look to become the future generation of industrial embroidery. The RACER-R is the fi rst machine with the new R-Head with features including: • New embroidery head design – allowing the simplest maintenance by easily replaceable embroidery heads.
• Height adjustable electronic presser foot – moves independently of the needle. When the needle comes out of the embroidery material, the presser foot can still remain fi rmly on the material (depending on setting) preventing the embroidery material from being pulled upwards when the needle is raised.
• Extremely low noise level – less noise compared to conventional machines with only about half the speed.
