Naveen Goel, vice president of products and general manager of the Adobe print business, said: “Printers need to process more jobs in the same amount of time. Commercial printers, packaging converters, textile/ garment printers, and product manufacturers will realise the time-saving and cost-saving benefits of the Adobe Print Services platform, combined with the new features in Print Engine 7. “Prepress steps can be eliminated through in-RIP integration with PDF Print Engine 7 or automated with Adobe Print Services. These Adobe innovations will sharpen a printer’s competitive edge and help to expand the business horizon by capitalising on opportunities in new industry segments.”
by 50% compared to 2021. Over 90% of the electricity used in Moroccan production already comes from renewable wind energy, and 60% of the process water is reused via reverse osmosis. Waste heat from the dyeing and cooling processes is also recycled to generate energy.
Textile waste produced during manufacturing is collected by type, recycled and reused for car seats or upholstery fabrics, for example. By dispensing with plastic packaging for T shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts, over 55 tons of plastic are saved every year. Packaging is exclusively in cardboard boxes made from 100% recycled material. All products comply with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, are REACH-compliant and free from harmful substances. Only approved dyes and chemicals are used in the dyeing process. At the end of the production process, there is a 100% final inspection – supported by modern, increasingly AI-supported quality assurance systems.
