First quarter sales for Gildan up 2.3% D
espite the current
challenging macro economic environment, Gildan has reported net sales of $712 million for the first quarter of 2025. This is an increase of 2.3% versus the previous first quarter in 2024. Glenn J. homas Heuer has been appointed as the director of sales for Stahls’ covering the
EMEA region.
With more than 25 years of experience in textile printing, garment decoration, and international sales, Mr Heuer joins Stahls’ at a key time of global growth. In his new role, he will lead sales efforts across the EMEA region and work closely with Martin Borley, executive managing director for Stahls’ UK and Europe, and Stephanie Schnur, managing director of Stahls’ Europe, to drive regional growth and strengthen customer relationships. Mr Borley said: “We are delighted to welcome Thomas Heuer to Stahls’ as our new director of sales for EMEA. Another key appointment is the addition of Sandija Ābola. She has joined the team at Stahls’ Fulfill Engine as the company’s head of global partnerships. As Stahls’ continues its rapid global expansion, Ms Ābola will lead the charge in forming high-impact partnerships that drive value for decorators, distributors, and technology platforms around the world.
