The one-stop-shop for the wide format print market

As the one-stop-shop for the wide format print market, Quality Print Services (QPS) can support customers with both hardware and material solutions. In terms of printing equipment, QPS’ core offering is the ColorJet UV printer collection and Roland TrueVIS wide format printers. Starting with the ColorJet UV printers, QPS offers models from both the Verve and Vulcan ranges. One of the latest machines comes in the form of the Verve 2513, a true fl atbed LED UV printer that has a top speed of 38sq m/hr and can print directly on almost any kind of rigid surface such as wood, glass, leather and ceramic tiles.

QPS also supplies the Verve Mini, a high resolution, small-format LED UV curing fl atbed printer that can print on substrates up to 100mm thick. The bed size of 1600x1000mm makes it the ideal solution for printing promotional products and smaller signage products. Also here is the Vulcan 3201M, a fl atbed roll-to-roll printer that boasts a top speed of 76sq m/hr and print on all manner fl exible media including backlit fabric, ceiling fi lm, vinyl, advertising banner, PET and wallpaper.

Another member of the Vulcan family is the Vulcan Hybrid, with the 2010M, 3200M and 5200M models available through QPS. All three machines can be used as both fl at bed and roll-to-roll printers.

As for Roland DG, QPS offers models from the popular Roland TrueVIS range. Included in this collection is the TrueVIS SG3 print and cut model, which is available in the SG3-540 54in and SG3-300 30in options. Both run four colours – CMYK – and have a cutting speed of 10 to 300mm/s.

Meanwhile, the TrueVIS VG3 uses spot colour inks when required to enhance output and produce stunning colours. This is also true of the TrueVIS LG and TrueVIS MG UV print and cut solutions, both of which use spot colour inks to produce spectacular output across a wide range of substrates.

Finally, QPS has the TrueVIS AP-640, a machine that uses resin inks to provide a more environmentally friendly output. As the ink dries instantly, this also increases overall production speed.
