Entries now open for the Hexis Wrap Battle

ar wrappers and installers are invited to enter the Hexis Wrap Battle 2025.


Entries are now open for this premier event in the vehicle wrapping world. Participants are encouraged to get involved and showcase their skills, creativity, and craftsmanship as they compete live for the title of Wrap Battle Champion.


The Hexis Wrap Battle 2025 promises an electrifying experience for spectators and competitors alike, with three days of intense competition featuring the latest Hexis products, including cutting-edge materials from the Hexis Skintac and Bodyfence lines. Participants will face timed challenges that test their precision, speed, and technique as they apply premium vinyl to challenging vehicle surfaces under the watchful eye of a panel of expert judges.


Heats will take place across the three days, where four people will compete against each other to wrap a battle panel. They will be judged on quality, speed, cutting, and other criteria. All materials and tools are supplied by Hexis to make it a level playing fi eld for all competitors. A winner from each day will compete in the Grand Final at 3pm on Tuesday, February 25.


Hexis will also be running throughout the three-day exhibition paint protection fi lm time trials. Entrants will have a set time to complete a PPF install on a vehicle. The quickest and most professional install that day will be crowned the winner.


The Hexis Wrap Battle has become an unmissable feature of Sign & Digital UK and represents an incredible opportunity for skilled wrappers to compete for the coveted champion’s title and prizes.

Epson confirms acquisition of Fiery

s of December 2, Epson has acquired all interests in Fiery, a leading provider of digital front-end


servers and workfl ow solutions for the print industry.


The acquisition cost Epson $568.7 million (£448.4 million), and as the amount invested is more than 10% of Fiery’s capital, the company becomes a specifi ed subsidiary of Epson.


Epson and Fiery each have a long history of supporting customers to maximise their productivity with the use of digital printing technology. Fiery’s industry-leading products have enabled the exceptional results that printers have relied on for over three decades, and Fiery’s software, server, and workfl ow solutions will complement Epson’s strategic vision and hardware leadership to accelerate the growth of digital printing around the world.


Several executives from recently visited Fiery HQ in Fremont, California to meet with employees and speak about Epson’s spirit of innovation and vision for the print industry. In July 2022, CADlink Technology Corp was acquired by Fiery and incorporated into the business.
